6. Do you have a strong desire to devote the required time (approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour) to attend the Yoga class daily?
7. Are you willing to take some efforts in trying to do those exercises, as per your teacher's instructions?
8. Are you serious in finding a yoga teacher in your area, or online?
If your answers are "Yes" to all these above questions, you can be the right candidate to learn Yoga,and experience the blissful world of yoga. Yoga is more than just a form of exercise; it is a way of life.
